Hi I'm Jill! I'm mom to 3 boys ages 10, 14, & 18. I started Sizzle Kidz in order to teach the kids about food, nutrition, and cooking. I want my kids to know how to keep themselves healthy and enjoy food for their entire lives! I think you might want that for yours too!???

I want my boys to know what REAL food is and what it is NOT! I want them to know where real food comes from. I want them to know how food affects their bodies, health and energy. I want them to use all this knowledge to learn to cook from scratch and use food the way it was meant to be!
I want them to know how to choose and prepare healthy food. I want them to know how to make more than Ramen when they get to college! I know there are more mommas out there just like me, so let's get into it together!

On this site, I will be sharing food & nutrition info that is interesting to kids and parents alike. You can learn together! And you'll want to because it is so fun! I'll be teaching you skill-by-skill, simple-to-complex cooking from scratch, easy family recipes, ingredients, tools & techniques, so that you can help your kids build a healthy foundation for life.
