GET THE KIDS IN THE KITCHEN!
Have you ever given your kids a bowl of berries to watch them scarf it down (to your delight)??
THEN….you buy more because you’re so happy they are eating such healthy fruit…and they sit there and go mushy and moldy!???
Here’s the solution…
Turn those mushy berries into fun gummy “candy” they can snack on any time.
Only 3 “whole food” Ingredients!
- Any berries
- Honey
- Grass-fed beef collagen (this is the one I use)
Here are the molds I used, but you can use any silicone molds:
Larger hearts (about size of one medium strawberry)
Smaller hearts (about size of a blueberry)

- 1 lb strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. grass-fed beef gelatin

Instructions
- Cut off greens and any moldy part of your berries
- Blend in blender until very smooth (about 1-2 minutes)
- Pour into sauce pan, add gelatin & honey

- Pour into molds (I use a ketchup-type bottle to make it easier and fun for kids)
- Refridgerate for 1 hour minimum

Notes
- Use any type of berry
- You can mix berries as well
- The grass-fed beef gelatin keeps this a “whole food” recipe and adds a bit of protein!
