Hi I'm Jill! I'm mom to 3 boys ages 9, 12, & 17. I started Sizzle Kidz in order to teach the kids about food, cooking, nutrition and health. I want my kids to know how to keep themselves healthy and enjoy food for their entire lives! I think you might want that for yours too!???

I want my boys to know how to choose and prepare healthy food and make more than Ramen when they get to college! I know there are more mommas out there just like me, so let's get into it together!

On this site, I will be sharing food & nutrition info that is interesting to kids and parents alike. You can learn together! And you'll want to because it is so fun! I'll be teaching you skill-by-skill, simple-to-complex cooking from scratch, easy family recipes, ingredients, tools & techniques, so that you can help your kids build a healthy foundation for life.

COMING SOON is an online course introducing your kids to all things food, nutrition & cooking, in addition to 4-week workbooks, spotlighting a different fruit or veggie in each one.
